All you need is to select the Text Chat function and use the keypad as you would when sending text messages (SMS) using your cellular phone. the Text Chat soft key to activate the text chatting Press feature. the Numerical keypad in alphabetical mode to enter Use a text message. The text is sent as you type. Note! This will not work unless the far side a) supports text chat and b) has activated that feature. Text chatting does not apply to multipart video meetings.
