Maintenance
C Connecting Device
Window cleaning, painting, and general
repairs may all involve the operator
temporarily working at height without
a collective fall protection system.
Fall Protection equipment should
therefore be used. For work activities
that involve the use of elevated work
platforms such as aerial lifts, fall arrest
equipment is also recommended.
This includes a basic harness and
shock-absorbing lanyard.
Fall protection training should be
provided for any employee carrying
out such work at height!
ME82 - 2m Manyard® Fall Arrest Lanyard
B Body Wear
Lightweight and easy to use, the elasticated Manyard® is ideal
for maintenance on cranes or gantries. When contracted,
the elasticated shock-absorbing lanyard reduces the risk
of tripping or snagging. The unique woven shock-absorbing
material reduces fall arrest forces.
The TEFLON® treatment on the outer jacket helps to extend
the service life of the Manyard® by repelling the oil, dirt and
water that may erode the webbing.
