For devices in an IronStack To change the temperature warning level for a device in an IronStack, enter a command similar to the following: FLS624 device# temperature warning 2 82 Syntax: temperature warning <unit-id> <value> Changing the temperature shutdown level To change the temperature at which the device sends a warning, enter a command similar to the following: FastIron# temperature shutdown 47 Syntax: temperature shutdown <value> The <value> can be 0 – 125. For devices in an IronStack To change the temperature shutdown level for a device in an IronStack, enter a command similar to the following: FLS624 device# temperature shutdown 2 90 Syntax: temperature shutdown <unit-id> <value> Changing the device temperature polling interval The software reads the temperature sensor and polls other hardware sensors according to the value set for the device poll time, which is 60 seconds by default. You can change the device poll time using the CLI. To change the device poll time for standalone devices or for devices in an IronStack, enter a command similar to the following at the global CONFIG level: FastIron(config)# chassis poll-time 200 Syntax: chassis poll-time <seconds> Displaying FastIron LS CPU usage You can display the amount of CPU use by entering the show cpu command at any level of the CLI: FLS648 Switch# show cpu 31 percent busy, from 3248 sec ago 1 sec avg: 31 percent busy 5 sec avg: 31 percent busy 60 sec avg: 31 percent busy 300 sec avg: 31 percent busy 52 Brocade FastIron LS and FastIron LS-STK Hardware Installation Guide 53-1002187-01
