2 dot1x timeout supp-timeout dot1x timeout supp-timeout Sets the time in seconds that a switch waits for a response to an Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) request frame from the client before resending the request. Synopsis Operands Defaults Command Modes Description Usage Guidelines Examples dot1x timeout supp-timeout seconds seconds Specifies the number of seconds that the switch waits for a response to the EAP frame. The range of valid values is from 1 through 65535. The default timeout is 30 seconds. Interface configuration mode Use this command to specify the EAP response timeout.
