3.3 Mounting Interface Modules
This section describes how to set jumpers and switches of an interface module, how to
mount optional modules to an interface module, and how to mount interface modules into
slots.
3.3.1 Setting Switches and Mounting Optional Modules
Interface modules allow users to operate them in accordance with the users’ purpose and
system configurations. There are two interface modules are available, one is for setting the
jumper or switch, and the other one is for mounting the optional modules.

The relevant input power selection jumpers for GSIM, GWIMT, GSIMT, GPLIMT, and
PLIM, PLIM2 cards should be simultaneously selected. In other words,
the relevant jumpers are equally set as ‘EXT’ mode or ‘INT’ mode.
