Utiliser

déplacement de l'ensemble chariot/appareil afin

cannotbeusedforviewing.Astandardmessageappearsonablackscreen.

LimitedWarranty
PDiCommunicationSystemsInc.,(“PDi”)warrants,totheoriginalpurchaseronly,thattheproductwillbefreefromdefectsin
materialsandworkmanship,undernormaluse,for2yearsfromthedateoforiginalpurchase.Thiswarrantydoesnotcover
anyotherequipmentthatmayhavebeenincludedwithPDi’sshipmentofthisproduct.
Afterreceiptofwrittennoticeofadefectormalfunctionoccurringduringthewarrantyperiod,PDiwillrepairorreplacegoods
returnedtoitsSpringboro,Ohiolocation,atitsdiscretion,thewholeoranycomponentpartofanyproductmanufacturedby
PDiandfoundbyPDitobedefective.Ifthedecisionismadetoreplacetheproduct,PDiwillexchangethemodelforthesame
modeloramodelsimilarinformandfunction.
Asaconditiontoobtainingwarrantyservice,writtennotificationofthedefectiveproductmustbereceivedbyPDiwithinten
(10)daysofnoticingthedefect.RepairofsaidproductrequiresittobeshippedtothePDifactoryinSpringboro,Ohio.All
shipmentsshallbeF.O.B.Springboro,Ohio,andallshippingandfreightchargestoPDi’sfactoryshallbepaidbythecustomer.

Damagetoorlossofanyprograms,data,orremovablestoragemedia.
Damageincurredduringinstallation,relocationorremovaloftheProductsoranyaccessories,apparatus,attachments
orotherdevices.
Normalwear.
Thefurnishingofaccessoriesorsupplies.
Damagebyshippingcarrier.
Incompatibilityissues.
Damagesofanykindincluding,butnotlimitedto,directorindirectdamages,lostprofits,lostsaving,orotherspecial
incidental,exemplaryorconsequentialdamageswhetherforbreachofcontract,tortorotherwise,orwhetherarising
outoftheuseoforinabilitytousetheproduct,evenifPDioranydistributor,dealer,orauthorizedserviceprovider
hasbeenadvisedofthepossibilityofsuchdamages,oranyclaimbyanyotherparty
