When choosing a package:
The user can choose a data plan through his mobile phone just by dialing *146*941* and his
package “code” choice #.
The user cannot change his/her chosen data package until it expires. They can although,
choose the “More Data” option.
Package activation

Example 1:
A user has selected a 7 days package and has exhausted his 200MB in the first two days.
If the chosen package is consumed in a smaller period, than the internet connection will be
disconnected; You will get an SMS notification that you have consumed your available
bandwidth and your only option is to activate the “More Data”. You will no longer have
available internet and you choose “More Data”.
Example 2 :
The time period of the package has ended
In the event that the time period of your selected package has expired then your connection to
the Internet will be terminated. The user will receive an SMS notification, informing him that his
package has expired and the same time it will provide further instructions of how they could
obtain a new package.
For using the “More Data” option.
The user must dial a code for the number of MB they wish: *146*951*ΧΧ#.
The user then receives an SMS notifying them :
«You have added 25ΜΒ for the next 24 hours .»
Please note:
In every option you can at anytime choose the “More Data” option even if the package you
are using has not yet expired.
The amount of MΒ of the “More Data” choice you will choose will be deducted from the balance
of your SIM Card. On this occasion their will not be a charge per MB.
How does it work:
In order for the user to choose the “More Data” option please do the following:



146*950# for canceling the “More Data” choice without getting money back..
146*951*ΧΧ for buying MB thourgh the “More Data” option.
146*952# for checking the status of the “More Data”.
The Top-up of the GlobalSimMobile service can also be made through the usual Top-up
services (Paypal – Bank Transfer).
