Note:
Status of Form M will be changed from “Query” to
“Submitted” after modification is made.
3.12 Cancellation of Form M
3.12.1 To cancel the Form M, go to Search page then select the
Form M record with Query status. Click on Edit button to
edit the Form M.
3.12.2 Go to Support information tab and write the motive for
cancellation of Form M then click on Cancel button.
