Step 3 Enter/Verify Student Data
Add student information directly into the grid.
NOTE: It is possible to have a unique Student ID type (i.e. SSN/SGN, NCCER Card #, etc.) for each student
in the class.
•
If additional student(s) need to be added to the class, then Select ADD.
o A blank line will be added to the grid/table.
o Enter the student information into each appropriate field.
o Once all of the student information is correct, Select NEXT.
If the student information is accurate, then Select Next (Step 4).
Drop Students
Overview
The Testing Management System allows for the ability to “drop” a student from a class.
This function does not delete the student from the system as historical data must be kept.
Step by Step
•
Select Drop next to the student’s name on the Class Dashboard.
The student is then listed as inactive in the screen and will not display their information on the Class
Progress, Activate Tests, Record Performance or Remaining Attempts screens allowing for focused
review and reporting of only active students.
