3.2.1.5
The DMS shall assist users in planning and re-planning meetings to
support the changing user constraints such as the need to accommodate
more important meetings.
•
(FR20) - The Meeting Hierarchy option will be implemented into the
meeting creation system.
•
(FR21) - The importance of a meeting will be chosen from a list of
hierarchy options that are created during configuration of the DMS and
managed by the DMS administrators.
•
(FR22) - The hierarchy options are managed through the admin tab.
Each hierarchy can have a custom name and a score for its
importance level. This importance level is compared to other meetings
during meeting processing.
•
(FR23) - More important meetings take preference over other meetings
and remove any meetings that fall upon the same time unit placing
them back into the planning stage regardless of the “Anti-Reconvert
Period”, if invited participants are overlapping in the meetings.
•
(FR24) - When a user is created, the admin will specify that user’s
meeting hierarchy options. By giving the user a hierarchy score, the
user can be granted privileges to create meetings of a different
importance level.
Manage all the interactions among participants required during the
organization of the meeting.
•
(FR25) - An event notification system will be implemented into the
Distributed Meeting Scheduler System.
•
(FR26) - Notifications will be sent for the following actions taken in the
system.
