Follow these steps to determine which version of the operating system is installed on your PC.
1. On the taskbar at the bottom of your screen, click Start or the Windows logo. If your menu has a
'Start Search' field, continue to step 2a. Otherwise, click Run and continue to step 2b.
2a. Search or Open
In the Search box, type winver. Double-click winver.exe from the results ( See"3" below)
2b. In the Open box, type winver and then click OK (see "3" below).

End User License Agreement
This Copy of Dog Trainer ConneXion (“the software product”) and accompanying documentation is
sold and not licensed. This Software Product is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as
laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property. John D Visconti, Dog Trainer
ConneXion, owns the intellectual property rights in this Software Product. The Licensee’s (“You” or
“your”) license to download, use, copy or change the Software Product is subject to these rights and
to all the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”)
Acceptance
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY
INSTALLING, USING, OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT INSTALL, USE, OR COPY THE
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
License Grant
This agreement entitles you to install and use one copy of the Software Product. You may make one
copy of this product as an archive for your records and data. The archival copy must be only be
used for archiving of data. This Agreement does not permit the installation or use of multiple copies
of the Software Product, or the installation of the Software Product on more than one computer at
any given time, on a system that allows shared use of the Application, on a multi-user network, or
on any configuration or system of computers that allows multiple users. Multiple copy use of
installation is only allowed if you obtain an appropriate licensing agreement for each user and each
copy of the Software Product. Any breech of this will be pursued to the full extent of law.
Restrictions or Transfer
Without first obtaining the express written consent of ISUN, you may not assign your rights and
obligations under this Agreement, or redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or
otherwise transfer your rights to the Software Product. If this is done, you and any party you transfer
this product to will be pursued to the full extent of law.
Restrictions on Use
You may not use, copy, or install the Software Product on any system with more than one computer,
or permit the use, copying, or installation of the Software Product by more than one user or on more
than one computer. If you hold multiple, validly licensed copies, you may not use, copy or install the
Software Product on any system with more than the number of computers permitted by license, or
permit the use, copying, or installation by more users of on more computers than the number
permitted by license.
You may not decompile, “Reverse – engineer”, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the
source code for the Software Product. Such action will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
Assignability
The license granted hereunder is personal to Licensee and may not be assigned by any act of
Licensee or by operation of law unless in connection with a transfer of substantially all the assets of
Licensee or with the consent of Licensor.
Installation, training, and acceptance
A. Licensor shall provide Licensee with appropriate documentation (User Manual) for the Software
reasonably acceptable to Licensee.
B. As installation is performed by the Licensee, Licensor is not responsible for any malfuctions or
other issues that may occur to this program or the Licensee's computer during the installation
process.
C. In the event that Licensee fails to notify Licensor of any difficulties or problems with the Software
within 15 days after installation thereof, Licensee shall be deemed to have accepted the Software.
Prior to acceptance of such Software, Licensor shall have the right to repair or replace the Software
at its discretion. Upon acceptance of such Software, Licensor shall be under no obligation to repair
or replace such Software except as provided for in the Warranty provision in this Agreement.
Warranties
In the event of a claim by Licensee under this warranty, Licensor shall have the option to either
repair or replace the Software. In the event that Licensor fails to repair or replace the Software
within a reasonable period, Licensee's sole recourse shall be to terminate the Agreement and
Licensor's sole obligation shall be to return any Licensee and Installation Fees paid by Licensee. In
no event shall Licensor be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages as a result
of its performance or breach of this Agreement.
