23 11. Calling customer support In case of necessary assistance related to the use of PrivateGSM it is possible to contact the customer support directly, by calling the number +801801. This way you come in contact with the PrivateWave customer support. It is possible to change the phone number of whom you wish to ask for assistance from the menu: Settings -> Customer Support In case you wish to replace the PrivateWave customer support number with the number of your reseller or the technical assistance. Please notice Calling the phone number +801801 is a normal voice GSM communication and not a secure call. User Manual
