• Installing a new version of TwinLoad® does not delete existing client installations.
• To benefit from all the features of TwinLoad® version 1.1:
- the main firmware of the control panel or dialler must be the 2.1.0 version or later

- the control panel or dialler plug-in module firmware must be the 2.0.0 version or later.

- the control panel or dialler radio firmware version must be 0.0.11 or later

Otherwise, the product firmware must be updated.
Note: a warning message will tell you to update the firmware.
