Check a valid (U)SIM card is inserted

Enter the correct PIN code supplied by your
service provider
Contact Telstra to get the PUK code
The default handset lock code is 0000
Check the file type is supported by the handset.
On your PC or MAC, make sure the file is closed.
Re-send the file using Join Me
Handset memory is full. Delete unwanted files,
messages, emails & videos to create more user
space.
Check PC Device Manager and make sure the
drivers are installed correctly. Re-Install the
drivers manually.
