M&V Plan The New York Hilton On-Site Support The system being furnished by SET Environmental is web based and will be accessible to remote users through the owner’s secured connection, with a static IP address and will be password protected with multiple levels of access available. SET’s programmers, engineers and technicians will have access to multiple levels of the system for remote support. The site will be responsible for providing access to all areas necessary for verification of sensors. 3. Data Analysis The collected data will be used to determine the net power output of the system as well as the fuel conversion efficiency (FCE). Table 2.
