Routine maintenance

5.1 Commitments
I.During one year as of the day when ~nstallationand receiving inspection are done, free
product services w~llbe provided (for both mschanlcal part and electronic part of the
door locks).During the two year, any qualityproblem of the electronic or mechanical part of
the door lock shall be oorrected with free of charge. However, damages to the locks due
to human factors are not in the scope of warranty, and charges will be collected for repair.
5,Product malfunctions caused by failure or instability of such amblent conditions as power,
voltage, air-conditioning or humidity (except for those In the scope of DigHproduct quality
criteria), as well as product problems caused by any event of force rnajeure (like earth
quake or Rre) and accidents.
5.3Report directions

for services at the cost. The corporation will provide the service centers and users with
cheap quality spare parts.

sign Ihe Service Report if the PaiFurs is stifl there.
