NOTE: Remember that the EXPLORER mode of analysis is overlaid on top of
the normal AUTO analysis. Therefore all the AUTO parameters should be
considered when setting up the AXIS machine for EXPLORER (refer to AUTO
ANALYSIS described earlier).
