Setting up Meta Trader 4
MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL requires the Meta Trader 4 trading
platform.
Meta Trader 4 is a free download that is available from our Recommended
Broker. You can choose any broker that supports the Meta Trader 4
Platform.
Recommended broker : MT4 Platform Broker
All of them also offer you demo accounts, free of charge.
This means you can test MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL and familiarize
just plug and play concept.
Install
Once you have downloaded Meta Trader 4 from your broker, install it by
running the installer. (Make a note of the installation directory. You
will need this later on to install MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL)
After installing Meta Trader 4, be sure to open an account with your
broker. We strongly suggest that you first open a demo account, and
TEST trading MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL , before you open a live real
money account.
Configuring Meta Trader 4
You need to configure some global settings in Meta Trader 4, before you
can trade withMT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL Expert Advisors.
1. Open Up your Meta Trader 4.
2. Click on Tools -> Options and select the Expert Advisors tab.
3. Make sure you have the settings as shown here:
4. Click on OK to save your settings.
Also make sure that Expert Advisors are enabled.
At this point you may close Meta Trader 4 again, as we proceed to install
MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL Expert Advisors.
Manual Install
MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL Expert Advisor consists of four files:
 MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL 7E.ex4 ( option )
 MT4 ACTIVEZ SECURE MI.ex4
 Mt4activez.dll
You should have received these two files together with this manual in
the MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL File archive you have downloaded
thru your e-mail.
Here is a step by step explanation of how to install
MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL 7E.
Installation
Start MetaTrader4. Select File in the menu, Open Data Folder
A new folder will open.
Open MQL4 folder. Here you will find “ Experts ” folder.
Copy MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL 7E.ex4 inside Experts folder.
Remarks : Paste it at CHART 10 Selected Recommended FX Counter
Open MQL4 folder. Here you will find “ Experts ” folder.
Copy MT4 ACTIVEZ SECURE MI.ex4 inside Experts folder.
Remarks : Paste it at CHART 10 Selected Recommended FX Counter
Open MQL4 folder. Here you will find “ Libraries ” folder.
Copy Mt4activez.dll inside Libraries folder.
Close MetaTrader and start it again. Now you may find it under Experts
Advisors in Navigator. Open chart H1 timeframe. Right-click on its name in
Navigator and select Attach to a chart. Wait for few seconds for information to
be displayed at your chart.
After Installing MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL
At this point you can start up Meta Trader 4 again. (Or restart it if it was
open)
In the Navigator window in Meta Trader 4, expand “Expert Advisors” and
make sure MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL is listed here.
(You will note that the icon next to MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL is grey,
not blue and yellow. This IS Normal.)
Attach MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL to your charts
1. To attach MT4 ACTIVEZ PRPFESSIONAL to a specific chart, right click
the currency pair in the Market Watch window for which you would
like to open the chart, and select “Chart Window”. A new chart will
open.
2. By default charts are displayed as “Bar Charts”. We would like to
view them as “Candlesticks”. To enable this, make sure your
chart window is active, and click on the “Candlesticks” option.
You might want to zoom in a bit on the chart to be able to see it a bit
better. MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL should now be on your chart, and
you should see something similar to this:
3. To attach MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL to your chart, left click it in the
“Navigator” window under “Expert Advisors” hold the mouse button in, and drag
it onto your chart.
4. A window will pop up giving you settings for MT4 ACTIVEZ PROFESSIONAL.
