Page Layout
Once your project is completed, you may want to print the slides. One feature, often overlooked,
is Page Layout. In this window, you may set up print options for your slides.
To access Page Layout:
ƒ Select File > Page Layout from the menu bar.
ƒ The Page Layout window displays.
To edit options for Page Layout:
ƒ Access the Page Layout window.
ƒ In the Header area, select/deselect options for:
o Title
o Date and Time
o Slide Border
ƒ In the Layout area, select:
o Landscape orientation, including the number of rows (slides) per page.
o Portrait orientation, including the number of columns (slides) per page.
