Coordinate systems in Tecplot. Only one of the 2- or 3-D physical coordinate systems is in effect at any given time, depending on the plot type in use. The 2- and 3-D physical coordinate systems plot the X-, Y-, and or Zcoordinates of data points. Two-dimensional physical coordinates are often referred to as grid coordinates.
