With the drive and the host computer both powered on, attach the USB connector on the supplied cable to a USB connector on the host computer, and the SCSI connector on the cable to the 50-pin connector on the SCSI adapter attached to the drive. 4. After a short time the drive is recognized and shows up as a “Removable Disk” drive on the host computer. 5. The system is ready to use.
