time value; then it applies it to all the sectors. The old values will be
definitively lost.
4.2.2.3.2 Sectors load normalisation
This function enables the end-user to re-compute the different load limit
profiles for all the sectors. LCCR asks the end-user to enter a valid basis
load value used as the basis load normalisation. The old values will be
definitively lost.
We now explain the way LCCR computes the load limit profile values
according to this basis load value that we note basis_load. For a given
sector, and on all its open periods, LCCR looks for the (non null and non
infinite) capacity lowest value: let us call minimum_capacity this value.
It then applies the basis_load as local load limit in the open periods where
the local capacity limit is equal to minimum_capacity. For the other
periods, the new local load limit is increase by 1 unit if the local capacity is
strictly less than 15 % of the minimum_capacity, by 2 units if the local
capacity is strictly greater than 15 % but strictly less than 25 % of the
minimum_capacity, and it is doubled if the local capacity exceeds or
equals 25 % of the minimum_capacity (in this case, LCCR considers that
the sector is split into two sectors with one controller monitoring each sector,
that is why the local load limit is doubled). This normalisation was performed
so as to harmonise the load in accordance with the capacity.
4.2.2.3.3 Flight plans category delay
This function enables the end-user to change the individual flight plans
maximum delay authorised. LCCR asks the end-user is she confirms this
action; if yes, it applies it to all the flight plans: the new maximum delay
authorised on a given flight plan will be the maximum delay of the category
its aircraft type belongs to. The old values will be definitively lost.

View demand
For this paragraph, we consider that a set of data has been loaded into
memory through the command <File.Open>. This menu concerns the
editable lists of objects display. The corresponding editable list is displayed
on the upper frame of LCCR main frame. When one the functions of that
menu is called, we say that LCCR is in demand view.
