Early Marriage—Shows if early marriage has occurred. This is also based on the Age at time of incident
(column AO) and GBV type (column T), and is calculated if the GBV type is Forced Marriage. If the
incident is not a case of early marriage, the cell will remain empty. If there is an error, check the Age at
the time of incident (and perhaps the date of birth and date of incident) and GBV type fields to ensure
that the responses were entered correctly.
Harmful Traditional Practice—Shows if the incident was some form of harmful traditional practice. This
is based on the Harmful traditional practice field (column U) from the ‘Details of the Incident’ section. If
any response besides ‘No’ is marked this should register as ‘Harmful Traditional Practice;’ if ‘No’ was
marked, then this will be blank. If a row does not appear when it should, check the Harmful Traditional
Practice field to ensure that the response was chosen from the dropdown menu and not typed in.
Possible Sexual Exploitation—Shows if sexual exploitation has possibly occurred. This is based on two
fields: Money, goods, benefits and/or services exchanged? (column V) and GBV type (Column T). ); it is
automatically calculated if money, goods, benefits and/or services were exchanged and if the GBV type
is Rape or Sexual Assault. If the incident is not a possible case of sexual exploitation, the cell will remain
empty. If there is an error, check these two fields to ensure that the responses were entered correctly.
Possible Sexual Slavery—Shows if it is probable that the incident occurred under sexual slavery. This is
based on two fields: Type of abduction (column W) and GBV type (Column T). ); it is automatically
calculated if any response besides ‘No’ is marked and the GBV type is Rape or Sexual Assault, this should
register as ‘Possible Sexual Slavery.’ If the incident is not a possible case of sexual slavery, the cell will
remain empty. If there is an error, check these two fields to ensure that the responses were entered
correctly.
Number of days between incident & interview—Automatically calculated based on Date of incident
(column E) subtracted from Date of interview (column D). If there is an error with this field, the
response will register as #N/A or REF!. Go back to Date of incident and Date of interview to correct this
error.
Range of days between incident & interview—Automatically calculated based on the field Number of
days between incident and interview (column BA). Indicates the range of days between the date of
incident and the date of interview as:
