MECH 4020 Team #15 Human Powered Water Purification System Winter Term – Final Report System Assembly Before beginning assembly, ensure to lay out the components required to assemble the system by checking with the following bill of materials. Before the assembly of the hydraulic system all male pipe threads should be wound thrice clockwise using Teflon tape with the thread-end facing the user. This will help speed assembly and ensure that all fittings seal properly when being threaded into place.
