With selected... Menus
Screens with a list of information (eg the contact list) have a With selected...
dropdown menu. These work with the checkboxes in the left-most column.
Check the items from the list you want to work with then choose an option
from the With selected... dropdown menu at the top of the column. Checking
or unchecking the box at the top of the column selects or deselects all the
items on the screen. Items not currently showing (for example on a multipage list) will not be selected or deselected by this process.
