Press MENU, select Settings and press OK.
Select Handset Settings and press OK for confirmation.
Select Language and press OK.
Select the desired language and press OK to confirm.
Area-Code
This setting is needed for reading from the SIM-Card and adapting to the
Swiss network. If you have a country code on the SIM-Card it will be replaced
by a 0 (zero). If you have a foreign number with “+” this will be replaced
by 00 (two zero’s). The phone’s default setting is prepared for the Swiss network.
ó Press MENU, select Settings and press OK.
ó Select Handset Settings and press OK for confirmation.
ó Select Area-Code and press OK.
ó Select the Country-Code, Int. Prefix or Nat. Prefix and press OK.
ó Enter the Number needed and press OK to store.
Changing the handset PIN
To protect the handset settings from unauthorized access you should change
the handset PIN (factory setting: 0000) to a PIN that only you know.

Factory settings for the handset
The phone book and the handset name are not deleted when you reset
the handset.
ó Press MENU, select Handset Set and press OK.
ó Select Default Set and press OK.
ó Enter the handset PIN (factory setting: 0000).
ó Display „Reset all Setting?“.
ó Press OK.
ó Display „All Settings Reset“.
