5.1.2 ADC Data Register (Address 0x02)
The ADC Data Register DATAREG contains the converted data value. The 12 bit ADC value is shifted
to the higher bits of the data register by hardware. This allows direct processing of the data as a 16 bit
two’s complement integer value for the TIP500-10/11 and 16 bit straight binary for TIP500-20/21.
