If a “NEW!” is in the last column of the entry, this means there has not been a review submitted for that program. If a
green pencil
appears, this means that a review for that program has already been saved or submitted.
Click on “NEW!” and you will be taken to a screen that allows you to upload documents. Acceptable formats for
documents include Word documents (.doc), Excel (.xls or .xlsx), or pdf.
