The Model Range Using

on heat differentiation - they require no visible light.
The Guide IR518 comes in 3 versions:

IR518A with 160 x 120 resolution and a 25mm lens
Human (1.7m) detection up to 500m
Boat (2.3m) detection up to 1380m

Use in total darkness
The IR518 has a 2x digital zoom and
adjustable focus to ensure a crisp image in both total darkness
and daylight. It can “see through” smoke and easily detects
objects hidden in shadows.
Additional Functions
Unlike many products in this category,
the IR518 features a 50Hz update rate, a selectable colour
palette, a white hot/black hot polarity switch, adjustable focus
and auto standby for power saving. The
identifies and displays the hottest spot on
track any object on the water.
