Templates
A template is a Microsoft Excel workbook intended to create a standard collection of plan and issuer-level data
for the use of QHP certification, exchange operations, and oversight activities. State users will only see
successfully validated templates on this tab. Successfully validated templates will show a
icon next to the
template.
To expand all the templates and see the comments and/or attachments submitted with the
binder.
To collapse all of the templates.
