The recDUO HD is a high-end video black box featuring two
cameras. A front-facing camera (720p HD resolution 120°)
records the road and a rear-facing camera (wide-angle
fish-eye lens 170°) films passengers. This automatic and
autonomous on-board recording system is your ally on the
road and your independent witness in case of an accident.
Equipped with a three-dimensional gyroscopic sensor that
determines the origin of impact. An interior wide-angle
camera that is synchronized with the road camera, covers
the vehicle’s entire passenger compartment. Combined with
its GPS chip and temperature resistant components, there is
nothing that will escape the recDUO HD on your journey.
All data is automatically recorded and securely stored on the
memory card, in a continuous loop. Upon activation of the emergency recording feature, by the G-sensor or manually,
the recDUO HD saves the recording (two minutes before and one minute after) in a secure file. Later you can review your
videos and simultaneously track your journeys on Google Maps, using the bundled RoadEyes software.

recDUO HD offers a useful and innovative service:
manage your recDUO HD device via the included
software. This software is Mac/PC compatible and is
constructed with intuitive ergonomics, enabling you to
consult your vehicle’s data: speed, geographic position,
different viewing angles, G sensor, route travelled,
distance, duration, video, sound, etc.

HD Wide-angle Camera
The 720p camera features a wide-angle lens with a 120° angle-of view. This gives the recDUO HD an
unprecedented field-of-vision. The sensors are highly sensitive and adapts to visibility conditions on
the road. They detect low and high light conditions, as well as sudden changes (for example exiting
a tunnel.) This way the recDUO HD ensures clear high-defenition footage of your journey 24/7.
The recDUO HD also films the inside of your vehicle with its second interior camera, equipped
with an ultra wide-angle 170° fish-eye lens. This gives you a clear view of the entire passenger
compartment, as well as the vehicle’s close surroundings. The recDUO HD ensures perfect recording
of your passenger compartment - night and day - thanks to its four integrated infrared LEDs.
Gyroscopic Sensor
The «G shock sensor» records all your vehicle’s movements: sudden acceleration, excessive braking
and swerving. Providing the details of any accident that can later be used to reconstruct an event
that has occurred on the road. The recDUO HD stores your vehicle’s video and movement data,
making it a complete on-board black box.
GPS Tracker
You’re going to love the recDUO HDs integrated GPS: your vehicle can be geo-located wherever
you are and associated with Google Maps. This sophisticated technology allows you to analyse a
variety of data relating to your vehicle: GPS position, direction, average speed, distance travelled,
journey time, etc.
Automatic Recording
The recDUO HD automatically and continuously records all your journeys. Just start your vehicle to
launch your recDUO! The recordings are saved in a loop on the pre-formatted SD card provided.
Once the card is full, the old recorded journeys are automatically replaced with your current
journey. This way, your journeys are always recorded securely. Finally, the 120 seconds before and 60
seconds after an impact are stored in a secure file.
Resistant Black Box
Manufactured using high quality components, the recDUO HD continues to function even in the
most demanding environments. Placed on your windshield near your rear-view mirror, recDUO HD
can easily resist temperature ranging from -10°C to +70°C.
