Subcontract ID Subcontract identification. Revision # The revision number. Completion Date The completion date. Subcontractor Facility ID Subcontract facility identification. Subcontractor Facility Name The name of the subcontractor facility selected in the Section 6 - 8 tab of the DD254 record.
