3. Lift the Cartridge Carriage Latch into the stow position. In the stow position the cartridge carriage latch is just behind the back edge of the cartridge as shown below. You will see the cartridge move forward slightly when the latch is in the correct position. Note: The stow position is the only position where the carriage is allowed to turn easily. If the carriage does not turn easlily it is not in the right position. 4. Grasp the cartridge carriage latch, while in the stow position, and turn the carriage to the side. The carriage latch will fit into the corresponding notch in the base of the printer. Notch Page | 18
