C.3 TITLE
TITLE title-string
[CUE Command]
If this command is inside a TRACK command context, make title-string the title of
the correspondent track; otherwise make it the title of the entire disc. The value
title-string should not contain more than 80 characters. If title-string contains any
space, it must be enclosed in quotation marks.
This command is meant for CD-Text enhanced discs. The same data can be retrieved
from the CD-Text file using CDTEXTFILE command.

designed to specify indiscriminately any CD-Text encoded entry. See Section B.3 [CDText
