Applicants should submit their completed training application along with check made
payable to Door Controls USA, Inc. or complete the Credit Card Payment form below.
The Quick Start class and AAADM fees are separate payments.
AAADM - $250 The fee for AAADM Inspector and AAADM Revolver Inspector is
$250 per person, payable to AAADM via PayPal or check. Applicants should submit
their completed AAADM License Agreement along with their payment or receipt to
Door Controls USA, Inc. for processing. To pay by credit card, visit the AAADM PayPal
link and write the receipt number on your application. AAADM PayPal:
