ANOMALIE E RIMEDI
DEFECTS AND REMEDIES
Prima di intervenire sulla macchina fare una
ricerca visiva approfondita.
Before any intervention on the machine make
a carefull visual check.
N.B.
Per qualsiasi inconveniente nei generatori
con regolazione mista (compound+AVIR)
come primo intervento, togliere il fusibile e
verificare se il generatore funziona bene con
la sola regolazione compound; in questo
caso e’ evidente che il problema e’ nella
taratura o e’ guasto il regolatore elettronico
AVIR.
N.B.
For any trouble of the generator with both
regulations (compound+AVIR) as first take,
remove the fuse and check if the generator
works well with the only compound regulation;
in this case the fault is due to the wrong
calibration or to a defect of the AVIR.

IL GENERATORE NON SI ECCITA
ALTERNATOR DOES NOT EXCITE
- Controllare la velocita’ e regolare;
se necessario aumentare
la velocita’ del 15%
- Verificare i diodi rotanti e sostituire
se necessario
- Eccitare l’alternatore come
descritto nel paragrafo “Come
eccitare l’alternatore”
- Check the speed and regulate; if
necessary increase the speed by
15%
- Check and eventually replace the
rotating diodes
- Excite the alternator as described in
paragraph "How to excite the
alternator"
AFTER BEING EXCITED
ALTERNATOR DOES NOT EXCITE
- Check connection cables as per
attached drawings
- Check the wirings and repair if
necessary
DOPO ECCITATO SI DISECCITA
- Controllare i collegamenti
con gli appositi schemi
- Controllare gli avvolgimenti
e riparare in caso di guasto
A VUOTO TENSIONE BASSA
LOW VOLTAGE AT NO LOAD
- Controllare la velocita’
e regolare
- Verificare i diodi del circuito
stampato e sostituire se necessario
x - Riaggiustare l’intraferro come
indicato nel paragrafo
“Regolazione della tensione”
- Controllare gli avvolgimenti
e riparare in caso di guasto
# - Ritarare la tensione tramite
il potenziometro “TENS.”
# - Controllare il regolatore AVIR
e il fusibile da 6,3A; sostituire
se necessario.

paragraph "Voltage regulation"
- Check the wirings and repair if

# - Reset voltage with the voltage
potentiometer “TENS.”

necessario

x - Verificare i diodi del circuito stampato
e sostituire se necessario,
