INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure successful installation of this kit, read and follow all instructions and refer to the exploded view before
attempting to install. Check contents of package with parts list.
Step 1: Unplug machine from power source and relieve pressure from discharge hose.
Step 2: Remove door from front of machine to access pump plumbing and detergent/steam plate.
Step 3: Remove plug from pump.
Step 4: Install 90 degree elbow and 1/4" high pressure hose as shown in illustration.
Step 5: Remove brass plug from tee and install hose barb as shown.
Step 6: Connect 1/4" high pressure hose to elbow of steam valve and 1/4" braided vinyl hose to hose barb on
steam valve as shown. Install hose clamps to vinyl hose as shown.
Step 7:Install steam valve into detergent/steam plate and secure as shown.
Step 8: Re-install door to front of machine.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure successful operation, please read and follow these instructions:
Step 1: Turn off machine and relieve pressure from discharge hose.
Step 2: Attach pressure gauge with temperature gauge to high pressure hose connection of machine.
Step 3: Start the machine and turn the burner switch to the ON position. Set thermostat for 250°F.
Step 4: With the spray nozzle pointed away from you or anyone else, pull the trigger on the spray gun to obtain
hot pressurized water.
Step 5: With the pressure washer operating with hot water, open the steam valve counterclockwise. This lowers
the pressure, causing the temperature to rise. Adjust the set screw located on the back side of the steam valve to
obtain 250°F. The steam valve is now set to only allow the temperature to reach a maximum of 250°F.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure successful installation of this kit, read and follow all instructions and refer to the exploded view before
attempting to install. Check contents of package with parts list.
Step 1: Unplug machine from power source and relieve pressure from discharge hose.
Step 2: Remove door from front of machine to access pump plumbing and detergent/steam plate.
Step 3: Remove pressure switch from pump and install 1/4" street tee as shown in illustration.
Step 4: Re-install pressure switch into tee and 1/4" high pressure hose as shown in illustration.
Step 5: Remove 1/4" brass plug from bushing and install 90 degree 1/4" hose barb as shown.
Step 6: Connect 1/4" high pressure hose to elbow of steam valve and 1/4" braided vinyl hose to hose barb on
steam valve as shown. Install hose clamps to vinyl hose as shown.
Step 7:Install steam valve into detergent/steam plate and secure as shown.
Step 8: Re-install door to front of machine.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure successful operation, please read and follow these instructions:
Step 1: Turn off machine and relieve pressure from discharge hose.
Step 2: Attach pressure gauge with temperature gauge to high pressure hose connection of machine.
Step 3: Start the machine and turn the burner switch to the ON position. Set thermostat for 250°F.
Step 4: With the spray nozzle pointed away from you or anyone else, pull the trigger on the spray gun to obtain
hot pressurized water.
Step 5: With the pressure washer operating with hot water, open the steam valve counterclockwise. This lowers
the pressure, causing the temperature to rise. Adjust the set screw located on the back side of the steam valve to
obtain 250°F. The steam valve is now set to only allow the temperature to reach a maximum of 250°F.
