KDDI’s Directly Operated Shops
——KDDI Designing Studio, au NAGOYA, and au OSAKA
The shops that KDDI operates directly provide spacious and relaxing
environments where KDDI showcases its most recent products and
services, including au smartphones and fixed-line communications
services. In addition to showrooms where customers can experience
our offerings, at these shops we offer total customer support, with
reception counters for providing consultations on product purchases, entering into agreements and performing repairs and other
after-sales services.
As Japan’s only comprehensive telecommunications company offering both mobile and fixed-line communications, KDDI communicates directly with customers at the “KDDI Designing Studio”, “au
NAGOYA”, and “au OSAKA”. By providing environments for simple
and seamless communications, we propose to customers a new
sense of freedom to do what they want, making their own choices.
