Vor dem Einrichten der Maschine:
- Maschine ausschalten.
- Netzstecker ziehen.
- Warten bis die Maschine stillsteht.
Before setting the machine up:
- Switch machine OFF.
- Unplug.
- Wait until machine has come to a complete stop.
Achtung!
- Drehrichtung des Fräswerkzeugs beachten (von oben gesehen
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn)!
- Das Fräswerkzeug muss auf der Frässpindel so weit unten
wie möglich montiert werden!
Caution!
- Observe direction of rotation of the cutter (counter-clockwise
if viewed from top)!
- The cutter must be positioned on the cutter spindle as far down
possibie!
Anbringen der Zentrierstifte
Es kann gemäß Maschinentyp notwendig sein, die 2 Zentrierstifte
C an den gewünschten Stellen anzubringen.
- die Führung umdrehen und die 2 Schrauben B herausnehmen,
welche die Platte A halten.
- Die Stifte C sind an der Platte A mit Schrauben befestigt:

1 und 3 für CB310rl/rlx und CB140rlx
·
1 und 2 für CB310sl und TS 13sl
·
4 und 5 für T180
Installing the centring studs
Depending on your machine you must install the 2 centring studs
C in the required positions:
turn the guide over and remove the 2 screws B holding
plate A
the studs C are fixed to plate A with screws:
o
1 and 3 for the CB310rl/rlx and the CB140rlx
o
1 and 2 for the CB310sl and the TS13sl
o
4 and 5 for the T180
Anmerkung: beim Anziehen empfiehlt es sich, den Stift auf den
kleinen Durchmesser zu klemmen und nicht auf den großen, der
zum Zentrieren dient.
NOTE: when tightening, hold the stud at its small diameter and not
the large diameter used for centring.

die Platte A wieder montieren.
Aufkleben der Messleiste
Auf den Schaltknopf E drücken, damit die Platte A maximal
heraustritt.
Sticking the rule
Press button E to make plate A extend to its maximum
- Die Messleiste D so aufkleben, dass die Anzeige 85 mm den
Rand der Führung ("Y“) berührt.
Stick rule D so that the 85 mm graduation is at a tangent to
the edge of the guide (“Y”).
