1931 Data Entry Manual January 4th, 2006 The 1931 S.P.I.D.E.R. Software Suite is explained in a series of 4 user manuals. 1. 1931 Sample Point Selection Manual –is designed for the SPO (Sample Point Operator) and the supervisor of the sample point selection process. It explains how to select the Sample Points using SPS and how the supervisor can manage the SPO’s tasks. 2. 1931 Data Entry Manual - is designed for the DEO of the data entry process. It explains how to view the Sample Points using the SPV, how to enter their records using the DEC and how the supervisor can manage the tasks. 3. 1931 Tasks Window Guide– is designed to explain the how to use the Tasks window in Personal view. (Supervisors may refer to the 1931 SPIDER Manual for Supervisors for details on the Tasks window in Team view.) 4. 1931 SPIDER Manual for the Supervisor – is written for the supervisor and explains how to assign and manage DEO tasks as well as how to generate reports.
