Introduction
The following manual provides instructions on how to use the Archives and Special
Collections (DUASC) Archivists’ Toolkit database. It is not intended to replace the full
user manual (available at:

Manual). Rather, it is intended to show how to perform basic tasks, such as:
1. Logging into database
2. Searching and viewing the finding aids
3. Searching and viewing the accession records
4. Finding the physical location of an item
