Click on wizard for data collection on the welcome page of
Data collection & tools
You can now open a new file in order to start a new data
collection or open an existing one.
If you choose to start a new collection:
§ Select open new file

Select the country the system is located in
Select now if your telephone system is going to be a business
or a hotel system
You can now collect your data:
To make it easier for you, is each page presented in the same
way:
§
§
on the top of the page, an icon and a short sentence guide
you all the way through your data collection
on your left, a drop down menu guides you and helps you
always knowing where you are in your data collection
