PAN-EDU-311 Advanced Firewall Troubleshooting is the next-level follow-on course to the Palo Alto Extended
Firewall Management (PAN-EDU-205) and the Palo Alto Network’s Installation, Configuration, and Management
(PAN-EDU-201). It is therefore recommended that you follow these trainings before participating in the PAN-EDU-311
training.
During this three-day, instructor-led course, you will get, besides a lot of theoretical explanation also many practical
assignments with the aim of solving security, networking, threat prevention, logging and reporting features of the
Palo Alto Networks Operating System.

Target Audience
Security Engineers, Network Engineers, and Support staff.
Prerequisites
• Completion of Firewall Installation, Configuration, and Management training (PAN-EDU-201) and the Extended
Firewall Management Training (PA-EDU-205) or equivalent experience is highly recommended
• Students must have experience with networking concepts including routing, switching, IP addressing, and basic
port-based security concepts.
