Troubleshooting guide
Fault
Nothing happens when
you press the buttons on
the handset.
The bed is making a
signalling noise
The bed’s lift function
does not work
Possible cause
w The power cable is not
connected and the battery
has no charge
w The handset cable is
damaged
w The handset is damaged
w The transformer is damaged
w The wall socket does not work
w The bed may be overloaded
w Connect the power cable. Put the bed
in its highest position to calibrate the lift
motors
w Replace handset
w The bed is not connected to
an electrical socket and the
battery needs to be charged
w The bed is overloaded
w The lift motors need to be
calibrated
w Connect the bed to the electrical socket
w The handset is damaged
w The lift motor is damaged
w Replace handset
w Try the motor in another electrical socket
on the transformer, if it doesn’t work,
replace the motor
w Check that the light on the transformer’s
lock light ups, if not, replace the transformer
w Replace component in question
w The transformer is damaged
w The motor/handset cable is
damaged
The bed’s back function
does not work
