3 SPECIFICATIONS

1 Indicates whether read/write is enabled or disabled from sequence program.
R : Read enabled
W : Write enabled
2 Reserved addresses are used by the system and are unavailable for the user.
Should data be written to any of those addresses using a sequence program, we cannot guarantee the functions of the
Q64RD.
3 Data must be written to buffer memory under the interlock conditions (buffer memory write conditions) of the following
