TO REPLACE VACUUM FAN RELAY
FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Turn Off
Machine.
FOR SAFETY: Disconnect the battery
connections before working on the machine.
1. Remove the nut that mounts the relay to the
panel using a 7/16 inch wrench. With the
relay off of the panel pull off the wire
harness boot connection.
2. When installing the replacement relay, install
the harness boot connection to the relay first
and than remount to the panel.

MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKERS
FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Turn Off
Machine.
FOR SAFETY: Disconnect the battery
connections before working on the machine.
1. Loosen and remove the breakers mounting
nut located on the front side of the switch
panel, using a 9/16 inch wrench and a pair
of pliers.
2. Push the breaker through its mounting hole
and remove both wires connected to it. On
the 35 Amp brush motor breaker it is
necessary to use a screw driver to
disconnect the wires.
3. After connecting the two wires to the
replacement breaker, install the breaker to
the panel. DO NOT over tighten the
mounting nut or damage may occur to the
breaker.
