After setting up the Bluetooth connection , you will need to modify the properties of the
software on your PDA, Smartphone or Laptop to the telemetry data output format from
the Digifly instrument.
ƒ To choose the correct Digifly telemetry data output format go to (ADVANCED SETUP \ n.
6 TELE) , for more information read the related protocol documentation on our web site
www.digifly.com.
ƒ When the Bluetooth connection is enabled battery life will be slightly reduced.

EXTERNAL GPS CONNECTION (Cartesio Models)
ƒ An external GPS receiver can be connected to the Digifly Cartestio. Connect to the
“GPS” socket on the base of the Digifly Cartesio.
ƒ To enable the external GPS receiver to send data output to the Digifly Cartesio, setup
the external GPS receiver data output to:
- Data Output Protocol = NMEA 183 2.0 or higher.
- Data Output Baud Rate = 4800.
- Connect the Digifly Cartesio to the external GPS receiver using the Digifly GPS cable.
- GPS cables for different GPS models are available from Digifly.
