This screen allows you to search for your orders and claims by the following criteria;

Date Range
n
Branch ID
n
Product Code
n
EAN Code
n
Supplier Code (If known)
n
Order/Claim Number
You can then select orders that are awaiting action, accepted or rejected. To view all select all three.

To drill down into the detail of the order click on the blue document number.

To track transfer orders please ensure the Transfer Order Search box is ticked.
This screen allows you to track your orders by the following criteria;
