2. On the General tab, in the Timer field, specify the amount of time in seconds
that the input must remain in a certain state before the change is reported.
This prevents a momentary change in the input from causing a false alarm.
3. Click Save.
Configuring an output timer
1. In ACT Install, click Advanced Setup - I/O Modules; on the I/O Modules
screen click the Outputs link for the I/O module with the output whose timer
you want to configure; then on the Outputs screen, click the name of the
specific output whose timer you want to configure.
Or
In ACT Manage, click Manage - Outputs, search for the output whose timer
you want to configure, and in the search results area on the Outputs screen,
click the name of the output you want to configure.
The Output Details screen appears.
