MDRS (Master Driver Registration Scheme) is the database and recording system for all Master Driver for CPC Consortium periodic training. MDRS has been developed to specifically cater for Driver CPC. Its development has benefited from RTITB’s experience with the highly successful National Operators Registration Scheme (NORS), and has been produced to support compliance and best practice. MDRS records the training data for each driver trained and provides a detailed summary of course content, date of training, venue of training, results of assessments and provides reports which allow users to manage and plan training, ensuring drivers complete the required number of hours of training within the time required by the CPC regulations. Driver training data correctly uploaded to MDRS will be uploaded to DSA within 5 working days of receipt by RTITB. 2
